We manufacture the Plastite® family of Trilobular™ thread-forming screws, from a range of materials, including stainless steel, carbon steel, and alloy steel specially for plastic fastening applications. Deep and coarsely spaced threads in our Plastite® screws help in forming deep thread engagements in plastic components. Our extensive testing capabilities allow us to test proposed fasteners on all grades of plastic.

The three-lobed design configuration of our Plastite® screws enables our fasteners to withstand vibrational loosening. The Plastite® thread-forming screw’s Trilobular™ design also helps in reducing critical hoop stress that causes the explosion of thin-walled bosses. Our Plastite® screws roll-form strong internal threads in components manufactured from thermoplastic materials such as structural foams and engineering grade plastics.
